The Humble Trap — Sales, Design & Class Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products and services, The Humble Trap does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

The only exception is when an error has been made by The Humble Trap. If we make an error with your order, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Customer errors—including incorrect sizes, names, wording, colors, photos, shipping information, or other information submitted at the time of purchase—do not qualify for a refund.

Mockup & Design Fees

A $15 non-refundable mockup fee applies when a mockup is requested or required.

A $30 non-refundable design fee applies to custom design work.

Both fees are non-refundable, including if the customer later decides not to move forward with the order. Design fees compensate for the time and work involved in creating your custom design.

Once a mockup or custom design has been approved by the customer, no additional changes may be made unless otherwise agreed upon.

Classes

ALL CLASS SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Purchasing a class reserves access to the class and/or its included materials as described in the individual class listing.

A replay is NOT guaranteed with every class. Some classes may include replay access, while others may be live attendance only. If a replay is included, this will be clearly stated in the class description.

Failure to attend a live class does not qualify for a refund or guarantee replay access.
